Nick Ganter

Nicholas "Nick" Ganter is a law clerk at the Law Office of Austin R. Franco PLLC, where he supports the firm's attorneys in civil litigation, business disputes, and construction litigation. He joined the firm in August 2026 after earning his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and sitting for the Texas Bar Examination. Upon admission to the State Bar of Texas, Nick will advance to Associate Attorney.

Nick arrived at the firm with an unusually deep bench of practical experience for a recent graduate. Over three summers with Dallas–Fort Worth litigation firms, he drafted original petitions, discovery requests and responses, temporary restraining orders, affidavits, mediation position statements, default judgments, motions for summary judgment, demand letters, lien affidavits, and lien releases. He attended hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations, and researched and wrote legal memoranda on a wide range of civil issues, work that maps directly onto the firm's business and construction litigation practices.

Nick also has a strong foundation on the transactional side. At the Texas A&M Entrepreneurship Clinic, he served as the primary point of contact for small-business clients, advised on entity selection under the Texas Business Organizations Code, drafted operating agreements and corporate bylaws, and handled filings with the Texas Secretary of State.
