Mason Rodriguez

Associate Attorney

Mason Rodriguez is a battle-tested trial attorney whose career began in one of the busiest courthouses in Texas as a Dallas County Assistant District Attorney. In this role, Mason prosecuted cases ranging from DWI offenses to capital murder. Mason also spent over a year in the Dallas County District Attorney's Organized Crime Division, where he tackled some of the most complex and high-profile criminal cases in the county. That experience forged a relentless, detail-oriented litigator who knows how to build a case from the ground up, and how to dismantle one from the other side.

Mason now brings that same prosecutorial tenacity to high-stakes civil litigation and criminal defense at the Law Office of Austin R. Franco PLLC.

His civil practice focuses on complex business disputes and construction litigation, where his ability to manage large volumes of evidence, navigate procedural complexity, and command a courtroom translates directly into powerful advocacy for businesses and individuals alike. On the criminal defense side, Mason leverages his years of experience inside the District Attorney's office to provide clients with an unmatched understanding of how the State builds and prosecutes its cases, giving his clients a critical strategic advantage at every stage.

Mason is a proven courtroom advocate who thrives under pressure. Whether litigating a multimillion-dollar commercial dispute or defending a client's liberty, Mason approaches every case with the same level of preparation, intensity, and commitment to results.

After law school, Mason joined the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, where he quickly distinguished himself as a skilled and aggressive trial attorney.
